Each woman holds her own key.
Specialized Psychotherapy for Women
The psychosynthesis of women is formed through a complex interaction of emotions, relationships, experiences, social roles and neurophysiological differences. Many women grow up learning to adapt and respond to high demands, often at the expense of their own needs. Addressing the difficulties that arise requires a therapeutic approach that recognises the woman's life context, respects her internal rhythm and takes into account her physiology, focusing on empowerment, self-compassion and restoring her relationship with herself.
Topics worked on in psychotherapy for women:
Anxiety, chronic stress and emotional exhaustion
Low self-esteem, intense self-criticism and perfectionism
Disturbed body image and eating difficulties
Hormonal disorders and changes (PCOS, endometriosis) with effect on mood
Difficulties in relationships and setting healthy boundaries
Life roles (motherhood, caring for others) and a sense of pressure
Trauma, loss, separation and life transitions
Neurodiversity, such as ADHD, with expression of emotional regulation difficulties
Emotional abuse and narcissistic relationships
